What's this? No apps?

SIM card lock: Not protected by a PIN code

I would suggest to do it because someone steal it or something like this he/she replace your SIM card with other phone he receive the code from your apple accounts, outlook, social media, etc that's a reason.

Its probably a WiFi only iPad... No SIM.

Yeah no SIM card here. And I don't use biometric security since where I'm from the police can force you to unlock something with a biometric, but not with a password.
