Advice Request Enable QUIC/HTTP3 scanning ?

I am using Avast Premium Security.
I am curious whether I should leave "Enable QUIC/HTTP3 scanning" option on or off?

Any idea what it does and any suggestions?
 
I think you should leave "Enable QUIC/HTTP3 scanning" option on because this can provide an additional layer of security by allowing Avast to inspect the traffic exchanged via these protocols. It can help detect and block potential threats that may bypass traditional scanning methods.
