If you want to carry around get the LG Gram 17 inch (2020 model coming in March) for general use.......games maybe not so good

It's super thin and light with long battery life

The Lenovo and MSI models have the NVIDIA GTX 1650 which (I believe) is better than the NVIDIA MX230 in the Dell.
Not sure what I'd pick between the Lenovo and MSI. Is 120 Hz important to you?
If you can, I'd go to a physical store and see if they have these models (or similar models) on display. Pay attention to the layout/feel of the keyboard, the display, the trackpad (for general usage; when gaming I assume you'll use a mouse), and the weight of the laptops.

bought MSi, however, because they have an IPS matrix, they have a mistake in the description.
