Both do practically the same ?

I've never used NoVirus, but I love VoodooShield and recommend it highly.

Voodooshield + Kaspersky will be a bit heavy on system. I suggest OSArmor and you can customize it if wanted as per your security needs.

VoodooShield is an anti-executable. OSArmor is a post-exploit protection. Although they may be paired together, I don't specifically see the need for it.

If you're planning to go with Kaspersky Cloud Free, I would use it along with VS, since it will help with the lack of Application Control. If you're using the full suite, then you don't need any of them.

What you said is true for OSArmor too
Plus, OSArmor is truly free, while VS is freemium and nags you to purchase the pro license.
So, my vote goes to OSArmor
