Hey. It supports around 150 software now, here's the full list: https://www.adlice.com/ucheck-software-list/Thanks. Supports how many softwares now? Is there a request page for adding softwares?
Quality VS quantityStill lagging far behind SUMo in terms of detection !
I don't think so. The UI is poor, the UX sucks. You have to pay to have direct access to developer's site (we don't)SUMo gives both
For software update checker, definitely the number of software's supported is a primary requirement, because not all people use the same set of software's (at-least for checking update). Directing you to developers site is secondary requirement & auto-updation is third. But I can see that uCheck is definitely improving and is on my watchlist.Quality VS quantity

Thanks. It's looking really good.We all know it takes time to add new software in the proper way
+50 new soft for UCheck in the last 6 months.
Any UI is a matter of opinion I feel SUMO is fine, as as I dont have to look at it 8 hours a day its not really a issue at all - I tried UCheck last week to try it out as already use RougeKiller Premium but felt SUMO is at this point far better for me (far more software in it which is maybe the most important point) & as I believe in supporting good software I do pay for it & have for a couple of years. However, I'm open minded but for me at the moment it's SUMOI don't think so. The UI is poor, the UX sucks. You have to pay to have direct access to developer's site (we don't)
It's a matter of taste, but Quality is definitely on our side
