Just finished watching this excellent lecture on Ultra Processed Foods, and how harmful they are to our health. Basically if there's one or more ingredients on a nutrition label that can't be found in the kitchen, it's a UPF.

You will start to learn how food dyes can effect children in many cases giving appearance of severe ADHD, how food tolerances have changed and of course gut leaks and everything in between.
