I had a good Alibaba supplier for gpu's and I got my cpu's at cost from a friend who's employer over ordered.
I only planned on making the boxes but I threw in a nice keyboard and a 1-year AhnLabs 360 Clinic key,
I managed to sell each for 1600. They cost me about $1300 each to make paying retail for all but the cpu's.
Shipping costs hit pretty hard but ordering in bulk helped a bit.
EG cases were ~$80 individually but only $25 if I buy a whole shipping container worth.
