Advice Request Do you use Alt+Tab or Win key+Tab, and why?

Do you prefer to use the Atl+Tab or Win key+Tab, and why?
I liked to know your reasons.

I use Alt + Tab on my laptop since I only have one screen/virtual desktop.
Win key + Tab is more suitable for multiple virtual desktops/monitors in my opinion.

 

[Venustus]

I use Alt + Tab to gain access to the desktop when a game crashes or while in game to browse the web.
