Advice Request KeePass 2.x settings

Hi

I switched to KeePass 2.50 with KeePassXC.

Reason ?

KeePassXC is not compatible with Sandboxie.

KeePass works perfectly together

But to the point:

I set it up for myself and I would like to save the program settings to a file - only settings without passwords.

Is there such an option in the program?

I don't see it anywhere

Mine is installed "per user" and my settings are saved to
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\KeePass\KeePass.config.xml

there are also plugins that can automate and keep versioned copies such as kpsimplebackup etc

Why does Keepass need to be compatable with Sandboxie? Why do the two have to be used together? I guess I don't see the advantage to joining the two of them.
