Question Predictive text annoyance

Often when I type in the address bar to search etc it pops up predictive text options...

I've gone through the settings but can't see how disable this??

To disable predictive text in Vivaldi, go to Settings > Search > Search Engines. Untick the box that says "Use as Search in Address Field". This should turn off the predictive text feature.

Vivaldi has fine grained control, meaning you have to disable it per each search.
